Terms of service

By commissioning me for custom artwork, you are agreeing to the terms of service outlined below:
I. General Disclaimers
- I reserve the right to refuse or discontinue a commission at any time.
- Disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated and your commission will be cancelled if it occurs.
II. Client Obligations
- Provide clear references. Detailed descriptions and images of the characters also work.
- Fully designing a character from scratch is also possible, but additional fee will be charged
III. Payment
- All commissions are paid upfront
- I only accept payments via PayPal or Ko-fi
(Češi a Slováci mohou platit přes bankovní převod)
IV. Process
- You are allowed to DM me for updates any time
- Commissions take from a week to a month, I will update you if any delay will be happening.
V. Customer satisfaction
- If you have any issue with any part of something I drew, please tell me immediately!
- Small changes after completion can be changed without fee
- Big changes after completion might add fees depending on how long the proccess of fixing will take.
VI. Copyright/Usage policy
- I am allowed to post or use the art as an example on my socials unless the buyer states otherwise.
- You are not allowed to commercially reproduce the art I create without my permission, my art is for personal use.
- My art can NOT be used for use with, training of, or otherwise affect any AI tool or service.
VII. Cancelling/Refunding
- You can’t cancel your order after you have sent the payment.
- If there is any reason I cannot complete the commission, I will give a full refund.
